Visitalderney.com is maintained and run by the Tourism & Marketing Department (Visit Alderney) of the States of Alderney (SoA) with the aim to promote Alderney as a holiday destination.
This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you from our website, or that you provide to us by other means will be processed by us. Visit Alderney (“VA”, “we” or “our”) are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.
VA, for the purpose of Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, is the data controller in connection with any personal information collected or received through our website (www.visitalderney.com).
