Issy is an Alderney based health and movement specialist, providing expert person centred treatment. Issy completed her BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation degree at UWE Bristol and has worked with elite athletes in a variety of sports and most recently, in a private practice. She is here to help people suffering from pain or injury involving the musculoskeletal system. To help people of all ages and backgrounds to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury, reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.
