Lighthouse Physiotherapy

Lighthouse Physiotherapy is run by Charmaine, a highly qualified Physiotherapist. Her approach to healthcare is holistic, focussing on the whole person and not just the presentation of their injury. She is a passionate rehabilitator and aims to get you back to doing what you love!

Techniques used include manual therapy, exercise therapy, aqua therapy, electrotherapy, trigger point release and/or acupuncture to promote, maintain and restore well-being as well as reducing pain. She has worked with elite sports individuals and teams as well as the military, privately and in the charitable sector. She runs face to face clinics at the hospital and also conducts remote consultations.
