Gentle Yoga - A slower paced class, mindfully moving and breathing in order to build muscle strength and help us to feel grounded in the present moment.
Ying Yoga - A gentle floor based meditative yoga, which focuses on lengthening and strengthening deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments and joints and helps to quieten to mind.
Ashtanga Yoga - A dynamic form of hatha yoga and flowing movements between postures and a focus on energy and breath, whilst promoting mental clarity and inner peace.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga - A class where poses flow sequentially, guided by breath. Can feel like a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in both body and mind.
